Ele já está inscrito na FPF, já pode jogar pelos Sub-23 e mesmo Sub-19 (tanto campeonato como Youth League). Só não pode jogar na B porque não está inscrito na Liga

Mas essa inscrição pode acontecer a qualquer momento ou só em janeiro?
Na liga, para poder jogar na B ou mesmo na A, agora só em janeiro

Ele é jogador livre. Quando for inscrito na liga vai poder começar logo a jogar , não é preciso esperar por janeiro.
Até Janeiro só pode jogar YL e sub-23 segundo esta página

I thought that the deal was that if he resigned with his former club before the end of the transfer window then he could be added at any time if not then only when the transfer window opened in the country of the new club.
He came from Genk I will ask at somebody who follows the youth at their forum. If he had contract or not.
I find him in the RBFA app - belgian app of the belgian football organisation - and see that his club is Sporting CP. I didn’t know that last season he played 2 games for the A team of my club in Belgium. And he played 17 games for the B team who played and ended last in Second division.
If I remember well he was injured a long time last season.
But when I get info from the person I contacted on the Genk forum I probably can say more.
He played 2 season for Genk before that he was at Mechelen.
I’ve contacted the person who knows a lot about Genk Youth and from what he said I think he can’t be registered because he isn’t/was not yet 18 years old at the moment he signed with Sporting.
The person I mailed to said that he was a 6, 8 or 10 and very ambitious. Last year the B-team of Genk was drama and he got injured and probably that were reasons to be convinced by Sporting.he got contacted by Sporting and thought why not. He said that Nuozzi (Alverca) and now also Muhire (Guimaraes) left to portuguese teams.
He could. It just takes longer to register a minor, very bureaucratic. So they waited until he was 18 probably, now he can only be registered in the Liga in January
Hmm, cheira-me que é jogador para não querer ficar muito tempo no Sporting, tipo um sueco que tivemos há pouco tempo. O puto é bom.
Além de ser craque dentro do campo, este belga parece ser uma malha do crlh… grande gingado com o Flávio, captado pela lente do nosso “Sandro Txitxon”…

É um autêntico lider, é um predestinado, nasceu para isto, tou maluco para o ver na B, e quem sabe a chegar aos As já este ano, joga muuuuito á bola.
