“In Memory of Father”
A year has passed since I lost my dearest father - a resourceful, capable, and benevolent man, who was a steadfast pillar for our small family. It has been a challenging year for me and my family, marked by unexpected and inconceivable shocks. “In Memory of Father” is my first personal project, one that I completed during this bitter year, burdened with a heavy heart full of sadness and regret, hoping that my father could hear and see it. After all, my instrument and my music are my voice.
The video for this project was created with the help of the professional team at the cultural and artistic institute “Nava Record”, managed by my old and precious friend Shahab Qadiri. This project was filmed in Vancouver, Canada.

Musician Negar Ezazi is a professional player and instructor of Daf (a notable Iranian traditional frame drum) and the percussion instruments. She has been performing with well-known Iranian musical bands in major concerts and festivals across Iran and in several other countries including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe. She is regarded as the leading woman Daf player and instructor in Iran by many music experts. Negar is also a professional textile designer with a long experience in designing for various textile companies in Iran.

O Messiaen ficou-se mais pelas ondas Martenot.
Olivier Messiaen é simplesmente incrível, mas não incluo na mesma onda de Radigue.
Já Xenakis, outro génio, é um mix. Nem é um compositor per se como o Messiaen, nem “apenas” um explorador eletrônico como a “minha” Radigue.
São ondas que surfo há muito. Entendo, compreendo, aceito, que muita gente não apanhe estas ondas.
