Hey, so you are going to visit Basel in the next weeks…
If everyone is interested to stay cheap for a couple of days with an fcsg fan, please contact me…
From here its about 200 Kilometres to Basel, but you may be also want to visit a few other games in Switzerland…
So i could guide you guys to the games and of course to my holy St. Gallen…
Of course… we could watch the match together… and if you need a nice place to sleep near St. Gallen just tell me… hotels in Switzerland, especially in the bigger towns are very expensive…
Nice i think there will be of course someone who will need your help … that´s the way to create international friendships. I would like to visit your Country, but i think there are no extra €´s to spent now. Car´s inspection costs me yesterday 500€ :wall: :wall:
Well, im very interested in the day they choose for Basel - Sporting… i saw in the other thread, that it could be the last game in this group… so is this possible?
I’m very interested in going to see this game and since i never been in Switzerland i would like to take a look around, what places do you recomend for us to visit? Besides St Gallen of course!
I would like to stay about 3-4 days if possible, depends on how much work i have.
Is Basel close to any tourist atractions?
Well, Basel isnt very interesting at all. they are only known for their chemicall industry…
Well, St. Gallen has a lovely old-town… an own brewery, the oldest of switzerland,… the lake of constance isnt far, Liechtenstein either…
But its difficult…what do you exspect`? A mountain trip or as much as possible other football games?
I guess mountain because i’ll be taking my wife and to her 1 game a week is good enough.
Mainly I’ll would like to see somo snow of course and whatever beautifull sightseeing may there be.
Also I´ve been checking and I dont have a direct fligh to basel, i may have to fly to zurich and is basel to far from zurich?
Remember I’ll probably will be just for 3-4 days, not much i’m afraid.
It depends… but the chances are better then on 16th September…
but im sure, we could find some snow for you, hehe… never seen snow before? or how does this work in Portugal? I dont know…
Well, St. Gallen plays the last game before the winter break on the 7th December… so you wont see a game of our guys… but i can guide you to the new and old stadium and tell you some anecdotes from football in Switzerland…
