According to sources close to agent Arcadi Zaporozan, the probability of Paul Le Guen taking over at Dynamo Kyiv helm is at 80%.
His final decision is pending approval on 4 factors: Kyiv as a place of residence; Dynamo's ability to offer him a salary he deserves; club infrastructure reflective of his requirements; a school with French as language of instruction for Mr. Le Guen's children.
During his visit all of the 4 factors were satisfied. Thus a final answer from Mr. Le Guen on whether or not he wishes to work in Kyiv is expected on Saturday.
According to the same sources, a Moldovan fluent in Russian and French would be hired as Mr. Le Guen's assistant. The name of the possible assistant coach is being kept secret for now.
Earlier Mr. Le Guen declined offers to take over the top job from Stuttgart, Benfica, Lazio, Fenerbahce and Olympiakos. He quit his coaching post at Olympique Lyonnais after guiding the team to three straight titles in his three years there.
